Returns Policy
Our returns policy is governed by the terms and conditions posted on our website. Please read these.
In general we will not accept returns for change of mind, failure to verify or provide accurate information, incorrect choices or other such purpose. We may apply our discretion and accept returns in particular situations for credit.
We will however give refunds where goods are defective or damaged or where refunds are otherwise necessary under the law of NSW. In this situation returns of goods must be notified in writing by the Customer to the Supplier by e-mailing website@uipl.com.au within 7 days of delivery. If the claim is valid, the customer will then receive a confirmation notice and approval to return the goods due to a valid claim. Customers must then return the goods within 7 days of the date of this confirmation notice. We will then replace the product by sending it to the same address as per the original order. Refund will be made only in case the product cannot be repaired or replaced in a reasonable period of time.
Should you contact us in any other manner than outlined above, approval will be determined on a case by case basis.
